We can only accept a return for faulty wallpaper.

When returning, please make sure you package your items securely, as we can’t provide a refund or exchange for items that have been damaged in transit back to us.

Please also advise us whether you would like a refund or exchange.

If your order was placed by credit or debit card we can only refund to the card used to make the purchase.

It is advised that you ask for a free proof of postage certificate from your Post Office when returning items as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in the post. Delivery is paid for at your own cost but will be refunded or exchanged once there is confirmation of the fauly item.

Cancelling Orders

We can not accept cancellations once the order is in production as each order is made to order. Please contact us and we can advise if the order has reached the production process and we can advise whether a cancellation is possible.


We can provide wallpaper samples but please be aware that slight colour variations may occur between samples provided due to differing product batches. Bonnie & Bold cannot accept responsibility for any such colour variations.

Damaged Items

If any items arrived damaged, please make sure you let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can let us know by emailing

Product Images And Descriptions

We try to ensure that the product images you see on our website are as true a reflection as possible of the actual products, however please be aware that colours may vary depending on your monitor settings, the software or printer that you use.
